Project Overview
Construction of Equinox Village, a 56 unit independent living community located in Manchester, began in May 2005. Russell Construction Services is leading the design build team, which includes the architect, Vollmer Associates, and two engineering firms, Dewolfe Engineering and Lane Associates. All independent living apartments will feature individualized climate control, a walk-in closet, and a heated four-season sun porch. An underground parking garage is included in the project and elevators will service every floor.
Phase I was completed in the summer of 2006 and Phase II was completed in January 2007.
