Project Overview
Residents are now moving into the Gables II, an independent living facility in Rutland Town. The Gables II is a 22-unit addition on to the Gables, which opened in 2002. The certificate of occupancy was granted on November 23rd making it possible for the residents to move in.

Russell Construction Services, the area’s premier healthcare builder, has built both Gables and Gables II along with The Meadows, an assisted living facility adjacent to the Gables, and Heritage Hill condominiums. Rutland Regional Health Services and East Mountain Land Company own the Gables and Gables II facilities.
